My hubby, Jason, actually came up with this recipe. This is great for putting over a fire when camping, on the grill or in the oven. Love the easy clean up!
Garlic Onion Potatoes
Ingredients:
pepper
salt
2 tbsp butter
3-4 tbps EVOO
5-6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
6-8 Russet brown potatoes, chopped or cubed
Heat over to 350. Rinse potatoes and let drain. In large bowl add garlic, onions, salt, pepper, butter and EVOO. Toss in potatoes. Pour all ingredients on a large piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil. Let cook for 30-45 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with cheese, sour cream, Ranch Dressing or even Ranch dry seasoning.
