Twice allows you to not only purchase gently worn (and sometimes the clothing still has tags attached!), but, you can sell your clothing to the website as well! You might have to do just that so you can make room for a new wardrobe! Selling your clothing is pretty damn easy. All you do is enter the items that you have to sell and then request a label to be sent to you. You’ll then package your laundered clothing and send off for free when you receive the label. I haven’t tried this section of the website because I just haven’t had time, but, plan on doing it in the near future. Now – let’s get to the best part – shopping! For me I HATE shopping for clothing online. Simply because things fit me differently in the chest area. Not to mention I’m short and hate long pants. So I will admit I was a little hesitant and that’s why I ended up ordering 5 tops and 1 dress. I’ve not worn any of the 3 sweaters yet because it’s still 90 here in the ‘Nati. However, I’m super excited for fall and winter to be able to sport my new look! I’ve recently come to love leggings and hope to find some at Twice soon to pair with the sweaters. Max Studio Sheer Blouse, $11 (RV $67.98) – I wanted to grab this because it’s something that I wouldn’t normally wear. I’ve worn it several times now and love how it fits. This will remain in my closet throughout the coming seasons and a staple in my wardrobe.
Ann Taylor Cowl Neck Sweater, $12 (RV $53.49) – I can’t wait to pair this sweater with a pair of leggings and boots for a comfy and casual look.
The Limited Brown Jacket (I call it a sweater dress!), $13 (RV $53.98 – again I have yet to wear it, but, it fits me perfectly! I’ll pair with leggings and boots as I’m running around during the week.
Gap Striped Knit Top, $16 (RV $64.98) – This is another piece that I don’t know how I lived without. I’m a sweater freak and LOVE LOVE LOVE this sweater. This is going to be worn with leggings or a pair of jeans for two different looks!
Max Studio Pleated Blouse, $14 (RV $77.95) – I was a little skeptical when I ordered this as it looked really short. However, the stretchy bottom hides my problem area. I’ve worn this out several times and feel great in it.
Gap Tank Dress, $14 (RV $88.49) – I didn’t know if I liked this or not online. One of those things I needed to see in person. I tried it on and it was a bit snug in the chest area. I’m hoping that this will fit next summer (or not at well cause I lost to much weight!). I didn’t want to return it because I did like it on.
I’m not exactly sure how the site gets the retail value on clothing, but, there’s no way I’d pay almost $89 for the Gap Tank Dress or $77 on the black Max Studio Blouse. But, whateva, it’s about the price I’m paying, the money I’m saving my family and that I’ll feel great in my own skin with adorable clothing!
